Limited Edition of 750 – numbered and signed ‘Within the grid and beyond the pattern’ made by beloved artist Sigrid Calon features 120 compositions in form & colour – all original risoprints, just like her long time out of print book from 2012. The work arose out of her curiosity to again discover new forms and colour combinations. It is a homage to the grid and its endless possibilities and exciting potential with subtile references to sources of inspiration from the past and the present.more For the Risograph prints she worked with eight forms (based on the square and the cirkel), eight colours (yellow, fluo orange, fluo pink, red, blue, green, gold and black), one grid in twelve sizes (3 x 4) Each copy comes signed and numbered as a hand bound hardcover with dust jackets featuring an original risoprint and protective coating.
